How do Blazon Hero Custom Design works?

Share your marketing goal and how you want to promote your business using our products.
We can guide you and provide you design proposals for FREE.
Our creative team will work on proposals for 2-3 days then will send you a link of the proposed design. Designed products for your brand will be made available for viewing and purchasing through Blazon Hero shop. By default, all designs are published on the shop page but we can make a private page for your brand if confidentiality is a concern.
You only need to pay once you have decided to purchase the product that we offer.
How can I place an order?
To place an order, simply browse our website, select your desired items, and proceed to the checkout page. Follow the prompts to provide your shipping and payment information, and your order will be processed.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods, including credit cards via Stripe and PayPal. At checkout, you will have the option to choose your preferred payment method.
What countries does Blazon Hero ships to?
We ship custom printed apparels and/or accessories in US and Canada.

Shipment Tracking number is available on each order.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on the shipping method, product type and delivery destination. Typically, orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and delivery can take anywhere from 3-10 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
How is shipping rate calculated?
Shipping costs will vary depending on the shipping method, product type and delivery destination. Please note that the shipping cost is not included in the product price.

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer international shipping between US and Canada. During the checkout process, you will be able to see if your country is eligible for shipping. Please note that additional customs fees or taxes may apply upon delivery, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
What is your return policy?
No Return Policy for Customized Products
We do not accept return nor exchange for customized products. Not unless, it arrived damaged or defective.
Exchange Policy for Customized Products
We only replace/exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at connect@blazonhero.com documenting the proof of damaged items. It can be pictures or videos of the received item.
We do not exchange with different sizes other than what is specified in the order. If a different size is needed, customer can place a new order.
Our exchange policy lasts only for 30 days. Check your parcels upon arrival. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you an exchange.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track the progress of your shipment on our website or the couriers website.
